Restoration is a recession-resistant, insurance-funded industry that runs 365 days a year. We’re selecting owner-operators for protected territories now.
People don’t shop around when their basement is under water, and they don’t defer a fire cleanup because the economy softened. The work is largely funded by insurance rather than household savings, demand is driven by weather and building failure rather than consumer confidence, and it runs every day of the year.
The barrier has never been demand. It’s infrastructure: certification, equipment, estimating software, insurer relationships and a call centre that answers at 3am. That’s the part a franchise removes.
Tell us about your background and the territory you have in mind. We reply within one business day.
Defined by population and household count, so territories are comparable in opportunity. No other 999 franchise inside your boundary.
IICRC pathway support for you and your technicians, plus ongoing training as standards change.
A national call centre answers live around the clock and routes emergencies to your territory. You don't staff overnight phones.
National preferred-vendor programs and broker relationships you'd otherwise spend years earning.
The software adjusters expect, with templates, scoping standards and reporting already configured.
Group purchasing on dehumidifiers, air movers, scrubbers and meters, at prices a single operator can't negotiate.
Full brand system, a location page on this site, local campaign templates and coordinated digital spend.
Hands-on operational support through your first jobs, then continuing business coaching and peer network access.
Documented at every step, so you and your adjuster always know exactly where things stand.
A conversation about your background, target territory and what you're trying to build. No pressure, no obligation.
Full Franchise Disclosure Document, itemised investment breakdown and territory analysis for your lawyer and accountant.
Meet the team, see the operation, talk to existing owners and ask the uncomfortable questions.

Supported opening with hands-on help through your first jobs, then ongoing coaching.

Ask about availability in your region. Territories are released a region at a time, and we are actively mapping new areas.
It helps, but it isn't required. Some of the strongest owner-operators come from construction, trades, insurance or general business ownership. What matters more is willingness to run an on-call operation, hire and hold a crew, and build local relationships with brokers, adjusters and property managers. Technical certification is trainable; that isn't.
Total investment depends on territory size and how much equipment you start with. The main components are the franchise fee, an initial equipment package, a vehicle, working capital and insurance. We provide a full itemised breakdown and a Franchise Disclosure Document before any commitment, and you should have both reviewed by a lawyer and an accountant.
By population and household count rather than geography alone, so territories are comparable in opportunity. Each is exclusive: no other 999 Restoration franchise operates inside your boundary.
Three sources. National: the shared 24/7 call centre, website and insurer relationships route work to your territory. Local: relationships you build with brokers, adjusters, plumbers, property managers and condo boards. Paid: coordinated digital campaigns with local budget. The local channel is where the strongest franchises differentiate.
Typically 60 to 120 days from signing: certification training, equipment procurement, vehicle setup, insurance and licensing, then a supported launch period with hands-on operational help through your first jobs.
