Why It Matters

The damage you can see is the smaller half

Water travels. It runs along joists, wicks up drywall, pools under laminate and soaks into insulation where nothing looks wrong from the room. Left alone, that hidden moisture becomes warped subfloor, delaminated cabinetry and mould growth inside the wall cavity, usually somewhere between day three and day ten.

That’s why proper water restoration isn’t about drying the surface. It’s about mapping where the water actually went, removing what can’t be saved, and running calibrated equipment until the whole structure reads dry on a meter. We document every reading, so you and your adjuster can both see it worked.

Warning Signs

Call us immediately if you have

Not sure whether it’s serious? Call and describe it. We’d rather talk you out of a job than have you wait a week.
What's Included

Everything in scope, in one contract

Emergency water extraction

Truck-mounted and portable extraction units remove standing water and deep-flush saturated carpet and pad.

Moisture mapping

Thermal imaging and penetrating meters find water inside walls, under flooring and above ceilings before we start drying.

Structural drying

Air movers, LGR dehumidifiers and targeted drying systems sized to the actual affected volume, not guesswork.

Controlled demolition

Only what has to come out: wet insulation, unsalvageable drywall, delaminated flooring, cut to clean, documented lines.

Sanitising & antimicrobial

Category 2 and 3 losses treated with EPA-registered antimicrobials to stop bacterial and fungal growth.

Daily moisture logs

Readings recorded each day until every material hits dry standard. Your adjuster gets data, not promises.

Contents protection

At-risk furniture blocked, moved or packed out and inventoried before drying begins.

Full reconstruction

Drywall, trim, paint, flooring and cabinetry restored to pre-loss condition by the same team.

How It Works

Our five-stage process

1
Call & dispatch

We answer live, walk you through shutting off the water safely, and dispatch a crew immediately.

2
Inspect & scope

Moisture mapping, thermal imaging and photo documentation build the scope your insurer needs.

3
Extract & contain

Standing water out the same visit. Affected areas contained so damage stops spreading.

4
Dry & monitor

Equipment set and adjusted daily against moisture readings until verified dry.

5
Rebuild

Everything removed gets restored, drywall through final paint, one contract.

Common Questions

About water damage and flood

Immediately. Mould can begin growing in 24 to 48 hours in the right conditions, and porous materials like drywall, particleboard and insulation degrade fast. Most insurance policies also require you to take reasonable steps to prevent further damage, so waiting can affect your claim as well as your building.

Often, yes. Solid hardwood can frequently be dried in place with specialty mat systems if we reach it early enough. Carpet is usually salvageable in clean-water losses; the underpad rarely is. Carpet exposed to sewage or contaminated water is removed on principle, not preference.

Three to five days is typical for a residential loss. Dense materials, hardwood, plaster, concrete, take longer. We pull equipment when the meters say the structure is dry, not when the calendar says so.

Usually not. Most water losses are contained to part of a home and you can stay, though the equipment is loud. If the loss involves sewage, affects the only bathroom or kitchen, or requires major demolition, we'll tell you honestly and help arrange temporary accommodation through your policy.

Sudden and accidental water damage, a burst pipe, a failed appliance, is covered under most standard policies. Coverage is always your insurer's decision. We document everything your adjuster needs. Gradual leaks, seepage and poor maintenance are commonly excluded, and overland flooding or sewer backup usually require specific endorsements. We inspect free and give you a straight answer before you file.

Damage doesn't wait. Neither do we.

Every hour water sits, the repair gets bigger and the claim gets harder. Call now and a restoration manager will be on the line in seconds.
